Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Steps For Returns:

1.Kindly take a video of unboxing our product so if any damage due to transit that can be captured and rectified.

2.Slow, Careful Unboxing: Open the package slowly, recording each step as you remove packing materials, to ensure any issues are captured in detail. without pause recording.

3. Focus on Damaged Areas: If you see any damage, zoom in and take close-ups, describing what you're seeing (cracks, scratches, etc.) and any potential causes. and send by email attachments.
Please submit your Unboxing video via email attachment. Kindly ensure the file size does not exceed 10 MB. For larger video files, please share a Google Drive link.
